Harzog Fredrick of Harzburg bestows upon Sir David Linienblatt the Noble order of the Blue Bear of Harzburg. Herzog Fredrick proclaimed that Sir David 's assistance in the modernization of the armed forces to be, "worth a battalion of grenadiers."
