Noble order of the Blue Bear

Herzog Fredrick of Harzburg bestows upon Frankfurter the Noble order of the Blue Bear of Harzburg. Herzog Fredrick offers an exchange of diplomats to open a secure means of communication. Herzog Fredrick looks foreward to future exchanges with Frankfurter.

    It is definitely not meant as an insult, but the leading noble of the Diplomatic group which will be sent to the Herzog will be a young, foppish protege of Beauphaup. The actual representatives will be primarily leading merchants (who are always trying secure good routes and markets ... to (exp. deleted) with politics!
    They don't care who eats their sausage, as long as it's paid for. (and Dilber can snag the horse carcasses) ...
